A Pioneer in the Steel Tube Industry in South India. He is the "Founder" of TAMILNADU STEEL TUBES LTD. alias "TNT" and an experienced person as well as expert in ERW Tubes / Manufacturing Mills, Re-Rolling Mills & Steel Industry Etc., for more than 50 years.

He is generally called as "STEEL KING" in the Steel Market. He had a forethought of Floating this Company 35 years back and he has also successfully commissioned it.

Held Position as Managing Director of the Company from the Inception till the year 1993 and then onwards appointed as the Chairman and held the same position till his retirement (i.e. upto 28th April 1999).

A Socially Dynamic Personality, who has widely contributed Upliftment for the Down Trodden.

Highly Qualified well experienced and an able administrator with vast (indepth) experience in E.R.W. Tube Manufacturing as well as Steel Industry for more than 25 years. He has been inducted as “Managing Director“ in the year 1993. His vast Knowledge of products in Tubes enriches the Manufacturing Industry from time to time updates and with Latest Product Range.

A Graduate, and began his career with Tamilnadu Steel Tubes Ltd. (TNT). He has a rich experience in Steel Pipes Industry for more than 10 years, by interacting with Steel pipes Dealers in the Market, and also vast knowledge in the ERW pipes manufacturing process.

He joined the Board on 07.11.2015, as Director and continues by contributing his valuable services to the company.

A Graduate in Commerce. He began his career with TVS Finance and he has a rich experience in Finance for more than 30 years, in the Finance Sector, and also vast knowledge in Indigenous Finance, Banking and Secretarial Division.


He joined the Board on 14.08.2019, as Director and still continues by rendering his services to the company.

A Graduate, and began his career with Tamilnadu Steel Tubes Ltd. (TNT). He has a rich experience in Steel Pipes Industry for more than 35 years, by interacting with Steel pipes Dealers in the Market, and also vast knowledge in Quality Control Division in the ERW pipes manufacturing process.

He joined the Board on 30.06.2021, as Director and continues by contributing his valuable services to the company.

A Qualified Cost Accountant practicing since 2012 having a rich experience for more than 30 years, and also vast knowledge in Cost Accounts, Company Law matters, and continuing his Cost Auditing to several companies.


He joined the Board on 04.09.2O17, as Non Executive - Independent Director and he is contributing his valuable services to the company.

A Graduate in Commerce and practicing as Chartered Accountant having a vast experience in Auditing, for more than 20 years.


She joined the Board originally on 04.09.2O17, and after expiry of her tenure, she has been reinducted to the Board as Non Executive Independent Director and contributing her valuable services to the company.

A Graduate in B.A. Economics, M.Sc. (Psy.), Post Graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (PGDPMIR), and also Law Graduate (LLB). Also a Member of Institute of Directors. Having an outstanding exposure in Human Resources Operations Industrial Relations and now practicing Human Resource & Industrial Relations Management Consultant.

He joined the Board on 30.06.2021, as Non Executive – Independent Director to contribute his valuable services to the company.

A Graduate in Commerce, MBA, LLB, FCA, ACMA, ACS, DIP IFR (ACCA), ADIT (CIOT UK) and qualified Cost Accountant & having a rich experience in the fields of Government Accounting, MSME Audit, Corporate Law, Corporate Finance & Audit, Taxation, and Start Up Consultancy for more than 4 years. She has been elected as Chairperson, South India Regional Council (SIRC) and still continues in the position.

She joined the Board on 20.09.2023, as Non Executive – Independent Director and contributing her valuable services to the Company.

A Graduate and he has a rich experience in Steel Pipes Industry particularly in ERW pipes manufacturing process for more than 5 years, and also vast knowledge in Quality Control Division in the ERW pipes manufacturing process. Earlier he was also worked as a Principal in various Schools / Colleges.


He joined the Board on 10.02.2024, as a Whole Time Director and contributing his valuable services to the company.
